• Pricing, limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Paid amounts are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, or rights-infringing content.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant ZLYMA a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property

ZLYMA software, product design, and branding remain the property of ZLYMA or its licensors.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update pricing and plans over time.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZLYMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise, disputes are subject to competent courts in France.
